Objectives of Wellness Centre

The objective of Wellness Centre is to improve one’s own well being and spread the positivity among the students. Our main focus is to provide personal and psychological guidance for the wellbeing of the students. It motivates for academic involvement, and helps to improve one’s own self esteem. We provide a confidential environment where students can feel free to open up their issues and find effective ways for coping up and resolving the same.



Process

All students can visit the wellness center or book an appointment through the website. The counselor would schedule a time and date that are convenient for the student. We encourage you to seek support whenever you need it.


Service offered

The Center offers individual counseling, group therapy, and workshops to address various student-related issues.


Confidentiality

The wellness center offers a safe and discreet space for individuals to express themselves without judgment. Session information will remain CONFIDENTIAL unless it entails a threat to the student, others, or society.
