Karakuri Kaizen
Quality Circle Forum of India (QCFI), Coimbatore Chapter in association with
Karakuri Kaizen Training Centre (KKTC), Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, PSG
iTech and PSG Institute of Management conducted 3 days residential training
program on ‘Karakuri kaizen’ from 17 to 19 March 2022. 25 Industry

National Convention on Quality International Conference
Concepts 2021 ICMDMSE 2022

The National Convention on Quality Concepts (NCQC–2021) The second international Conference on Materials, Design

MoU with Sandfits
PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research (PSG iTECH) and Sandfits Foundries Pvt. Ltd entered into a Memorandum of
Understanding (MoU) on 25.11.2021. The main objective of this MoU is to intensify the close co-operation between industry and
institute which would benefit the student community to enhance their skills and knowledge. It will also facilitate effective
utilization of the intellectual capabilities of the faculty of PSG iTech in developing suitable training systems and training material
by keeping in mind the needs of Sandfits with a focus on skill based training, education and research.

The MoU was signed by Shri. L. Gopalakrishnan, Managing Trustee, PSG & Sons’ Charities for PSG iTech and
Shri. R. Saravanan, Managing Director for Sandfits.
