ITECH EXPO : Arivukoodal – 2022

           PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research, Coimbatore
          hosted iTech Expo for school students and the general public on 26 th
          and 27 March 2022 at PSG iTech campus. The event provided visitors
               th
          with valuable insights into program options, college life and the
          overall campus ambiance. It gave unique opportunities to the school
          students to socialize with current students and faculty of the
          institution. The chief guest of the function was Dr G. S. Sameeran
          I.A.S, District Collector, Coimbatore District.

           Totally 3000 students from various schools and their parents in
          and around Coimbatore have registered visited the campus in two   Dr.G.S.Sameeran I.A.S, District Collector, Coimbatore

           The school students visited around 31 venues including

          of various departments and iTech alumni on the titles, Best practices
          at iTech, Materials in everyday life, Why Engineering?, Recent trends
          in Communication Engineering, Potentials in Civil Engineering,   Dr P V Mohanram, Secretary, addressing the students
          Technological trends in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science             in a seminar.
          Pioneers, Virtual tour of BMW Factory, Role of Architect in Society
          and Expectations of Industries.   The students were engaged in
          several activities like the treasure hunt, and game sessions.  The
          institution also arranged for a line-up of food stalls serving yummy
          food for the participants and their parents.

           The ‘Arivukoodal’ organized by the PSG iTech paved a way for

          first launch of the open house a huge milestone.
