Third Graduation Day

On the 12 of February, 2022, PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research, commemorated the third graduation
th
day at the convention centre. Nearly 150 graduates were accorded with their well deserved degrees by the man of the hour,
Shri. Sanjeev Kumar Varshaney, Head of the International Scientific Department, after he gave his striking welcome address.
The Principal, Dr G. Chandramohan, The Secretary Dr P. V. Mohanram, and The Managing Trustee, Shri. L. GopalaKrishnan
awarded the best outgoing students’ degrees. The Anna University rank holders were honoured with delight by the heads of
departments. The chief guest’s message was indeed something to keep in mind for students ready to leave campus. He
encouraged and motivated everyone to face the real world outside the walls of the college. Everything wrapped up with a
stream of photographs being clicked, friends and families combining themselves into this happy day.

Third Alumni Meet
Following the Third Graduation day of PSG I TECH on 12 February 2022, the Principal, Dr G. Chandramohan, Secretary,

Dr P. V. Mohanram, Students Union Dean, Dr P. Vetrivelan, and the other dignitaries and students gathered at the Convention
centre for the Alumni meet. The winners of the best projects were honoured in the pleasant evening.

everyone see the perks of a good alumni institution relationship. The Alumni then took over, sharing with everyone, their
ventures, plans for the future, and goals. The day ended with a beautiful acapella by the I Tech band and a warm round of
nostalgia and adieus.

Inauguration of

Students Union

PSG iTech inducted the new office bearers of the Student Union for
the academic year 2021-2022 on 11/10/2021. Dr. G Chandramohan,
Vice Principal, reminded the office bearers about various activities
conducted by former Student’s Union and encouraged the clubs to
conduct more social activities and events for skill enhancement of
the students. Chief Guest, Mr. Raja Gopala Sunkara IAS, Commis-
sioner Coimbatore Municipal Corporation, motivated the office
bearers to face difficulties and responsibilities of their positions.
He related the functioning of Students union to City Corporation in
aspects of recognizing, understanding and solving the problems Principal G Chandramohan, Managing Trustee Shri L Gopalakrishnan,
faced by people and students and he emphasized the office bearers Mr. Raja Gopala Sunkara IAS, Secretary Dr. P V Mohanram, Students
to stay in touch with the students to render support and solve their Union Dean P Vetrivelan along with newly inducted Office Bearers of
