On 9 August 2024, faculty members from various
departments participated in an enlightening

session with Dr. Dasharath Ram, Former Director
of the Defence Research & Development

Laboratory (DRDL), Hyderabad. Dr. Ram, a
distinguished expert in defence research, provided

valuable insights into the nature of research work
at the Defence Research and Development

Organisation (DRDO) and the vast opportunities
for research available in the defence sector.

On 12 August 2024, faculty members from our
institution had the privilege of attending an

informative session by Dr. Prasada Raju, Former

Scientist, Department of Science and
Technology (DST), Government of India. Dr.

Raju shared his expertise on the eligibility
criteria, modes, and scheme availability for

securing research grants, providing invaluable
guidance to our faculty.
