A five day faculty development programme on Electromagnetic, Microwave, RF and Antenna design was organized by the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering from 20th to 24th November 2017. Mr.K.Kaviarasu and Mr.K.Karthikeyan from Entuple Technologies, Bangalore were the resource persons. Nearly 20 faculty members and research scholars from various institutions actively participated in this FDP. RF-Microwave & Antenna, Measurement Parameters for RF- Microwave Antenna, different EM Tools & Solvers were the topics covered in this workshop. Hands-on training on design and simulation of Band Pass Filters, Magic Tee, Rectangular waveguide using HFSS were also covered. This workshop is helpful for the faculty members who are teaching & pursuing research in the field of RF-Microwave & Antenna
