"Cleanliness is next to godliness" -Mahatma Gandhi

As part of celebrations of Gandhi Jayanthi Eco - Club of PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research, Coimbatore conducted a mega Swatchh Bharat campaign at Govt. Hr. Sec. School, Ganapathi on 02.10.2019. We started from the college at 08.00 a.m. and reached the school at 08.30 a.m. We were welcomed by the school Head master Mr. Kalyanasundaram.

The service rendered by the Gandhiji to the nation was commemorated by the Headmaster and the ecoclub co-ordinator. The cleaning activity was started at 9.00 a.m. The ecoclub volunteers cleaned the entire campus and planted 20 saplings in the campus. The cleaning activity was completed at 12.30 p.m. 25 students participated in the event.
