The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organised a Value Added Course on "Machine Learning and Predictive Data Analytics" on 5th - 7th of September, 2022 coordinated by Dr. I. Kala, Associate Professor, Dept. of CSE. Dr. Uma Maheswari B, Associate Professor, PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore and Dr.Sujatha R, Associate Professor, PSG Institute of Management, Coimbatore were the Resource Persons. The session started with a formal welcome address by Dr.R.Manimegalai, Head of Department, CSE. Then, the students introduced the Resource Persons. Started with basic introduction to python libraries namely NumPy, pandas etc.., the Resource Persons introduced various supervised and unsupervised machine learning algorithm. Totally 61 Students and 3 Faculty members are benefited from this value added course. The practical sessions in Anaconda and Jupyter Notebook were more useful to the participants.
