First year B.E. Electronics and Communication Engineering students along with two faculty members, Dr.G.Santhanamari and Mr. A. Anand went for an industrial visit to Radio Astronomy Centre (RAC), Ooty on 12.03.2018. RAC is part of the National Centre for Radio Astrophysics (NCRA) of the well-known Tata Institute of fundamental Research (TIFR) which is funded by the Government of India through the Department of Atomic Energy. Students learn on the way of communication takes place in RAC and the use of Ooty Radio telescope (ORT).
