Department of Computer Science and Engineering is organizing BITS, BYTES & PACKETS (Series of Online Talks on Computer Science Topics and Alternate Career Options). The Talk 7 is Webinar on "Opportunities after Engineering through GATE & ESE" held on 12th August 2021 in association with The Institution of Engineers (India) PSGI Students' Chapter and ACE Engineering Academy. The Speaker Mr.Anand Kumar, BE(Honors),M.Tech, Motivational Speaker, Senior Faculty, ACE addressed the participants by highlighting the strategy for competitive exams. 75 students participated and raised many doubts and got clarified by the speaker. Received very good response and feedback from the participants. The event conducted using Zoom online and the registration and feedback collected through google form.

Like civil service exams we do have Engineering Service Engineering (ESE)
There will be four main paper option in ESE other than CSE , but the eligibility is only having a bachelor's degree

STRATEGY FOR COMPETITIVE EXAMS
STEP 1 -Understand difference between university exam and competitive exam pattern
STEP 2 -Try to answer one previous year question paper within the time given to know where you stand
STEP 3 -Get the concept behind the questions rather than memorizing

Important note
From now get used to how to use virtual calculator in laptop or pc ,it will be very useful for GATE and other examination
While comparing GATE and ECE questions, difficulty level will be same, but in GATE the question will little tricky and twisted
There are 27 papers in GATE exam. Any students from any degree can apply for GATE exams.
