The webinar was conducted for faculty members and students from PSGiTech and various institutions in and around Coimbatore via google meet. 140 participants attended the webinar. The guest speaker Mr Murugan, working as CTO in NI Drive Tokyo has around 14 years industrial experience in the area of image processing. He started the session with the introduction of Artificial Intelligence and Machine learning versus Deep learning concepts. He introduced the sensors integrated in autonomous driving to make it practical. The types of learning and two important terminologies used in developing machine learning algorithms like loss and optimizer were explained. He demonstrated how to develop the regression model for Celsius to Fahrenheit temperature conversion. Then he explained the AI Ecosytem and mentioned the tools and libraries used. Finally he talked about the AI challenges in applications. The session was co-ordinated and arranged by Dr. G. Santhanamari.
